Cap Stabilization Shaft
The cap stabilization shaft allows for high speed cap embroidery with precision results. The stabilization shaft prevents the cap frame driver from moving up, down, left, or right.

Safety Beam Sensor
Invisible beam of light surrounds work area of machine while sewing. Breaking the beam stops the machine. This ensures extra safety.
Trimmed Needle Plate
The Tajima slim cylinder needle plate has a shorter distance between the needle hole and the edge of the needle plate which allows for an increased embroidery area on many items.
Tajima's Slim Cylinder makes it possible to embroider on smaller objects. Socks, gloves, and pockets are no longer a struggle. The Slim Cylinder is 12mm narrower than a standard size cylinder.
By introducing a new crank driving system into the embroidery machine head, many new benefits are achieved such as significantly reduced lubricating requirements.
Impressive Sewing Field
An impressive tubular sewing field of 17.3 inches by 16.5 inches means that you can embroider much larger products in a single hooping.
If any type of abnormality is detected on any head, the maintenance lamp of the problem head will light up in yellow to alert the machine operator that there is an issue with that particular head.
When the machine is stopped during applique embroidery and the frame is moved manually, the offset lamp on the tension base will light up in blue to alert the operator that the frame was moved manually.
Automatic Thread Trimming
Upper and lower threads are trimmed evenly and efficently without fraying. Fast operation keeps the process cycle time to a minimum, ensuring virtually uninterrupted production.
Thread Break Detection
The machine automatically stops if the upper or lower thread breaks and when bobbin runs out.
