SEIT's heavy duty C-shaped centeral supports provide continuous, unimpeded movement of the laser head. Multiple embroidery machines and test stands can be placed at any and all positions along the entire length of the laser bridge’s X-Axis.

SEIT laser bridges are available in custom lengths to accommodate virtually any machine configuration and space requirement. Bridges can be infinitely expanded left or right as more embroidery machines are added to keep step with future production expansions.
Direct-Drive Bridge Motor
The X-axis brushless stepper motor is directly connected to the bridge gear eliminating the need for production-sapping belts and gear-boxes. The end result is quicker acceleration, improved positioning, lower maintenance and improved safety.
A unique engineering feature from SEIT, the downward-facing bridge-gear ensures accurate, smooth lateral movement of the laser head during production and reduces maintenance by eliminating debris build-up.
Extruded Steel Beam
SEIT’s extruded steel beam is engineered to eliminate the pendulum effect associated with other brands of beams. The laser head is kept at a precise distance and perpendicular to the working plane, ensuring the highest quality cutting and etching along the entire length of the bridge.
Infrared Safety Beam
The safety of the operators has always been a top priority for Seit. To increase the already high standard we decided to introduce a revolutionary DHL (Double Horizontal Laser) that covers all the possible blind areas around the movement of the trolley, introducing the concept of "Active Safety" that prevents accidents.
Upon installation, the laser is calibrated to 9-points on the working plane of each individual embroidery head, assuring the highest level of accuracy in cutting and etching applications.
Laser Design Fusion
SEIT Laser Design Fusion, Tajima DGML by Pulse makes design creation and integration easy and includes exclusive features such as vector recognition, Adobe True Type conversion and numerous embroidery-to-laser conversion functions.
Magic Driver Software
The CAM software SMD handles all the parameters for the laser processing aboard the machine. Its flexibility allows operators to adapt the laser to every specific job with intuitive and direct commands. Pivoting Tubular Extension Arms
The patented pivoting tubular extension arms handle tight neck openings during production while still allowing free access between each embroidery head. The pivoting action allows the garment to move without annoying frame pop-outs or potential fabric damage.
Seit Laser Training

Unlike air-cooled systems, SEIT’s water-cooling system is independent of air temperature and does not require a "cool-down" period between runs. Water-cooling also eliminates dust build-up in the control system and stabilizes the power supply to +- 5% for the most precise laser control possible.
The precision Z-axis Motor focuses the SEIT textile laser accurately on the working plane. A wide range of fabric types, thicknesses and number of layers can be efficiently cut without the need for aluminum foil in many cases.
