World Emblem, a major player in emblem and patch manufacturing, is doubling the size of its Houston factory. The company announced the facility will grow from 100,000 to 200,000 square feet to help meet the rising demand for custom patches, embroidery, and other branded products. This expansion will add capacity across production and distribution, supporting World Emblem’s growth as one of the largest suppliers in the industry. The company, headquartered in South Florida, runs 4,250 embroidery heads and maintains over 1 million square feet of production and office facilities across the United States, Mexico, Canada, and Europe.
